Hot Fish Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Glow-Spread Margarine, melted
  • ¼ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 oz. salted cod, boiled
  • 8 oz. cooked dolphin
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop green pepper, onion and celery.
  2. Add mayonnaise, minced dolphin and minced salted cod, lime juice and Worcestershire Sauce.
  3. Add salt as necessary.
  4. Pour into greased ramekin dishes, top with breadcrumbs which have been mixed with melted Glow-Spread Margarine and bake at 350°F for half an hour.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
